Cancellation Policy
All estimate fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, expertise, and resources invested in assessing the project, taking measurements, evaluating materials, and preparing an accurate estimate. Once the estimate process has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the project or not.
